Laura and Jarrod married on Saturday, April 14, 2018 in Tacoma, WA. It was a beautiful day, even with the fact that it was the heaviest rainfall that the Seattle/Tacoma area had seen in years. The couple wouldn’t have changed any of it though. Both the ceremony and reception locations were picture perfect and unforgettable. Real bride Laura looked like a true princess in her THEIA gown. She was happy to share with us some of her and Jarrod’s story. “We met in high school through my twin sister (also my maid of honor). Jarrod and I became good friends in college. We had similar finance classes and also lived a couple houses away from each other.  We eventually started dating our Senior year. Jarrod proposed to me 5 years later by surprising me at baggage claim when I had gotten back from a trip with my mom and sister. He had my 6-year old nephew holding a sign saying “will you let Jarrod be my uncle?”, and there were a swarm of people around watching. I said “yes” and the rest is history!”

Laura wore our Devon gown. She purchased it at The Dress Theory in Seattle and had a wonderful experience. “The gown was understated but elegant. I liked the clean and conservative look. It felt modern, and also seemed like a timeless style – I know that I’ll look back at photos of my wedding dress decades from now and still love it the same!”

We are so excited to share these photos with you. Enjoy!
