Today’s wedding feature is nothing short of dream-like. Kristin and Ryan had a summer wedding at High Lonesome Barn – Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Tabernash, CO. As you will see from the photos below, it was breathtaking! The couple met through mutual friends at an ugly Christmas Sweater Party in 2011. “They brought him with the intention of setting us up; but as the hostess – we barely talked but we did get the chance to shotgun a beer before he left. One month later – we went out on our first date and the rest is history. We both are very active people and love to run, bike, ski, hike, camp etc. so we never ran out of things to do together. Ryan also has a HUGE family in Colorado – and since I’m from Texas – it has always felt like my family away from home,” real bride Kristin shared about their love story. Christmas is obviously a very special holiday to the couple as Ryan proposed on Christmas Eve Eve!
Kristin purchased her THEIA gown from A & Be Bridal Shop in Denver, CO. “I had originally gone into A&Be looking for a different dress… but the moment I put the Devon on – it felt like THE DRESS. I loved how simple yet elegant it is. I knew I wouldn’t look back in 5 years and have to say “OH THIS WAS REALLY “IN” IN 2018” because it’s absolutely timeless. The open back gave off some sexy vibes but the bateau neck was all class. I loved how it hugged my petite/athletic frame yet was so comfortable to walk, sit, and dance!”
We hope you enjoy these photos as much as we do! Congrats to the happy couple!
